2. Data we collect
When you use our Early Partner or Agent Network forms, we may collect your business email, company, role, website or platform URL, approximate business/location count, API or documentation URL, message and preferred language.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to assess your request, evaluate a potential integration or pilot, respond to you and, where relevant, take steps prior to entering into a business relationship. We do not use form submissions for unrelated marketing without a separate lawful basis.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent when you voluntarily submit the form and, where applicable, the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
5. Retention
We keep the information for as long as necessary to manage the request. If no business relationship begins, we may retain the contact record for up to 24 months for reasonable follow-up and to avoid duplicate outreach, unless you ask us to erase it earlier. Data required to meet legal obligations may be retained for the applicable statutory periods.
6. Service providers and international transfers
We may use hosting, email, analytics and other technology providers acting as processors where necessary to operate the website and manage communications. Where a provider involves an international transfer of personal data, Talenthia will rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards recognised by the GDPR.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time by writing to gestion@talenthia.pro. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
8. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means based on information submitted through these forms.
9. Cookies
Cookie preferences are managed through the consent controls displayed on the website. Optional analytics technologies are not intended to run before the corresponding consent is granted.
